Mayor Yamamoto was the Mayor of Tokyo in 2011. He was threatened by Kin, who said that they would kill Tokyo's children, if Yamamoto did not switch over Tokyo's power grid to the Shining Dawn Corporation. He had a five-year-old daughter whom he loved immensely. (COMIC: The Golden Ones)
