Tom Sheridan voiced the Space Captain in the Doctor Who television story The Rescue, and also had the uncredited role as Sandy in the same serial. (DWM 325).
It was originally planned that he would play one of the Dido people seen at the end of "Desperate Measures", the second part of The Rescue, but the idea was dropped at the last minute. (INFO: "The Powerful Enemy")
Sheridan's only other known acting credits were in episodes of The Big Pull (1962), ITV's No Hiding Place (1958-1967), Spycatcher (1959-1961), BBC Sunday-Night Play (1960-63) and More Faces of Jim (1961-63). Doctor Who was his final known acting credit.
