The Fourth Galaxy was one of seven galaxies that allied themselves with the Daleks. (TV: The Daleks' Master Plan)
It also contained the home planet of the Suffering. (AUDIO: The Suffering)
According to one account, Quinnis was in the Fourth Galaxy, (PROSE: The Edge of Destruction) while other accounts placed it in the fourth universe, (TV: The Edge of Destruction, AUDIO: Quinnis) or in Galaxy 4. (PROSE: The Devil Goblins from Neptune)
