Linda was a woman who was picked up in a bar by Owen Harper. After initially showing a lack of interest in Owen and shunning him, he used a cologne acquired from Torchwood to seduce her. When she left the bar with him, her boyfriend Colin drunkenly proceeded to start a fight, before Owen used the cologne on him too and left in a taxi with her. (TV: Everything Changes)
