Alps

The Alps was a European mountain range.

History

In the 3rd century BC, the Doctor accompanied Hannibal as he crossed the Alps. (PROSE: Shadowmind) To cross the mountains, Hannibal used vinegar to dissolve boulders. (TV: World War Three)
