Barclay was a guard at the Master's prison on Fortress Island.
Biography
Barclay spotted the Third Doctor and Jo Grant heading towards the beach after they had escaped from his fellow guard Drew.
He was killed by the Sea Devils when they invaded the prison. (TV: The Sea Devils)
