The HMS Aquitaine was a spaceship that was stationed on the outer fringes of a black hole.
Its crew consisted of Dr Sergei Akunin, Captain Anna Maynard, Lt Maurizio Savinio, Lt Freya Jennings and the ship's central computer intelligence, Hargreaves (Aquitaine).
