Gloria was a human residing on Earth in the late 50th century. She was the niece of Professor Marius and the fiancée of Frank. Her uncle thought of her as a chatterbox, and often had headaches after her visits.

On 13 May 4997, Gloria visited Marius and told him that Frank had recently inherited an old computer from his deceased mother, and since neither of them were mechanically-minded, she asked her uncle if he would like to have it. Marius agreed to pick it up at their earliest convenience, and did so the following morning, leaving before Gloria got home. (PROSE: Tautology [+]Loading...["Tautology (short story)"])
