The fourth and last untitled game in Terry Nation's Dalek Special once again cast the player as a companion of the Doctor (not identified as a specific incarnation) as the framing of a spot-the-difference game between two pictures. Due to the aforementioned fourth-wall-break, it is not currently considered a valid source on this Wiki.

Publisher's summary

Dr Who has amazing powers of observations. He has set you a test to help you develop yours. These pictures are identical except for ten small changes. You have five minutes to pick them out. You can also colour these pictures.
