Professor Webster was an expert on Arab customs.

Biography

Ingmar Knopf had hired Webster as an advisor for his latest film.

However, Webster was late and Knopf mistook the First Doctor for the professor. The real Webster did not arrive on the set until after the time travellers had departed in the TARDIS. (TV: The Daleks' Master Plan)
