Neutrotomic irradiators were Dalek devices which were built into the Radiation Rooms of Dalek flying saucers. They projected intense neutronic radiations of the sort typical of Skaro's atmosphere, and which would have killed a human in a second. When travelling the universe for extended periods of time on military purposes, Daleks were required to visit the Radiation Room an hour each month to stay healthy. (NOTVALID: Inside a Skaro Saucer)
