The Producer was in charge of the production of Doctor Who by 2003 and was tasked with overseeing the creation of the Doctor Who Fortieth Anniversary Special. Wearing a Hawaiian shirt to work, he seemed to be a jolly man, but not one with an especially strong work ethics, his only suggestions during production meetings being for what sandwiches the crew (read: he) would be provided with.
