Mr Qixotl owned a TARDIS, though he didn't like to think of it as a TARDIS, since he had made so many modifications to its structure and operating system in order to stop the High Council from being able to track it.
It was believed[who?] the TARDIS was a Type 60 after Qixotl had a conversation with Mr Gabriel. The demat circuit broke when he arrived on Dronid, so he tried to buy a new one from Mr Gabriel in Shockley's Den of Almost Limitless Iniquity in Traducersville. (PROSE: Alien Bodies)
