Summary
At Who Con 2017, a girl cosplaying as Heather from The Pilot gets chewed out by a member of con staff for violating convention rules that forbid any cosplay that causes damage to the venue; a man is standing above the girl on a ladder and pouring water over her, ruining the hotel carpet in the process.
