Cliff was one of Donna Noble's co-workers at Jival Chowdry's photocopying business in Donna's World. Donna reckoned he should be sacked because he didn't do anything as far as she could see. When she packs away her work equipment, she says that she'd leave him her mousemat, but she keeps it as she is worried that he'd cut himself. (TV: Turn Left)
