Technician Lycett was one of the humans placed in suspended animation on the Nerva Beacon and was one of the first humans to wake from suspended animation.

He and Rogin were investigating a broken grill in the cryogenic chamber when a Wirrn grub attacked. He was trapped between the Wirrn grub and one of the pallets, and was killed by it. (TV: The Ark in Space)
