Jerry Cornelius appears in many of author Michael Moorcock's non-Doctor Who stories. The 1977 Jerry Cornelius novel The Condition of Muzak previously referenced Doctor Who by including the Fourth Doctor and the Daleks in Britain's mythological pantheon.
