The Universal Secret Service was the fifth section of the World Security Council in 2065. It was headed by S with field agents and administrative control being run by Agent 21. It worked closely with the third section of the Security Council, the World Space Patrol.
Its headquarters were the Century 21 Toys Inc. factory in Kahra on Mars. (PROSE: This is 2065)
