The Citadel of Unending Delights (or simply the Citadel) was a chain of tourist traps throughout the Dagellan Cluster. Their products came from the Citadel Central refineries on Paolos IV.

A warehouse on the Bandit Road in Jaris was turned into a Citadel. Out of convenience, Jason Kane often went there whilst stranded on Jaris. It was there that he met Bernice Summerfield. (PROSE: Death and Diplomacy)
