Bill Raelsen was a marine engineer who Bernice Summerfield thought looked like a fifty-year-old Jeff Goldblum. He turned Britannic into an underwater museum.
He led an expedition in 2003 to Mahser Dagi to find Noah's Ark. When Bernice Summerfield activated the Genesis of Cthalctose transmat system to save several expedition members from being blown up, they were taken to the Moon.
