The Eighth Doctor wore ascot ties of dupioni in flaxen yellow (COMIC: The Pictures of Josephine Day), eggplant purple (COMIC: A Matter of Life and Death), or midnight blue (TV: The Night of the Doctor) under his white shirt's collar.
The Curator wore ascot ties done on navy blue (TV: The Day of the Doctor) or burgundy (COMIC: The Then and the Now) under his beige and maroon tatterall shirt's collar
