John Sessions (born John Gibb Marshall on 11 January 1953[1] - 2 November 2020[2]) is a RADA trained actor, comedian and sometimes panellist on British quiz comedies. He is particularly well known, at least in Britain, as one of the original regular panellists on Whose Line Is It Anyway?, and later as a recurring guest on QI.

He appeared on televised Doctor Who with the Twelfth Doctor. He provided multiple voices for Big Finish Productions, as well as voicing a character in a BBCI animated webcast. He was offered the role of the Eighth Doctor.
