Central London was the city centre of London adjacent to East London. (TV: The Caretaker) It included at least part of Westminster. (TV: Aliens of London)

In 2006, a Slitheen craft crashed into Big Ben before landing in the River Thames in Central London. (TV: Aliens of London)
On 25 December 2008, the spaceship Titanic plummeted down to Central London and was stopped just short of crashing on top of Buckingham Palace by the Tenth Doctor. (TV: Voyage of the Damned) In Donna's World, the ship did infact crash, a result of the Doctor having been killed beforehand, destroying London and flooding the whole of Southern England with radiation.
