The Doctor wore cardigans during his fourth (TV: Robot, etc) and twelfth incarnations (TV: Deep Breath)
Barbara Wright's cardigan was unravelled by Ian Chesterton while they were in the Space Museum so they could ensure they weren't repeating their paths.
