Carl Rigg (born 21 May 1941[1]) played Varlik in the Doctor Who television story The Power of Kroll.
He was subsequently considered for the roles of Scobie, Bilton and Sheard in Time-Flight (TCH 35) and Bulic in Warriors of the Deep (TCH 38)
