Blair Shedd is an American comic book illustrator whose debut Doctor Who comic story was IDW Publishing's Tenth Doctor adventure, Don't Step on the Grass. Despite the fact that IDW is an American company, Shedd (born in the Philippines) is one of the few American artists to publish Doctor Who art professionally.

He graduated from the prestigious Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art in 1999 and was, at the time of his initial involvement with Doctor Who, a freelance artist.
