Adrienne Corri appeared as Mena in the Season 18 story "The Leisure Hive." She was born Adrienne Riccoboni on 13 November 1933 in Glasgow, Scotland of Italian parentage.

She is probably best known for her role as the rape victim Mrs Alexander in the 1971 Stanley Kubrick film A Clockwork Orange. Her other film credits include The Viking Queen, the film Patrick Troughton was working on when he was approached for the role of the Second Doctor.

Her numerous television credits include regular roles in A Family at War and You're Only Young Twice. Most recently she guest starred in two epsiodes of Lovejoy.

From 1961 to 1967, she was married to Daniel Massey. She has also been married to Derek Fowlds. An expert on 18th century painters, she is also the author of a book on Thomas Gainsborough.
