Timothy Wilkins was a British war correspondent trapped behind enemy lines in Germany during World War II. He was imprisoned in Colditz Castle as a possible bartering item because his cousin was a high ranking Royal Navy officer.
In October 1944, he planned an escape for himself and Ace but he backed out at the last minute, betraying Ace in the process. He was later transferred when the other prisoners learned of his betrayal when Ace lost her temper, realising he had been the one to reveal the escape plan. (AUDIO: Colditz)
