The Space Controller was a Time Lord associated with Gallifrey High Command. He wore a purple uniform with golden epaulettes and had light brown hair.
The Space Controller was the Time Lord to whom K9 Mark I reported during his time going on missions on behalf of Gallifrey. When the Time Lords heard worrying reports that the Zeta Cancri star system might go supernova due to the fallout of the nuclear war between the Megallan Empire and the planet Telios, destroying nearby Gallifrey in the process, the Space Controller called K9 down from his test flying of the K-NEL and took him to meet before the Leader of the Time Lords and two of his advisors.
