Wong Kei-Ying was a healer and martial arts teacher at Po Chi Lam in 1865. He was one of the Ten Tigers. He was also the father of Wong Fei-Hung, who worked with him at Po Chi Lam.
In 1865, Kei-Ying gave refuge to the Ian Chesterton, the First Doctor, Barbara Wright and Vicki Pallister after Ian was attacked in the Hidden Panda.
