Lodge was a London resident. When the city was evacuated because dinosaurs had appeared, he stayed behind to loot.
Biography
Lodge had stolen two tape recorders, a radio and a colour television set when he was arrested by soldiers and taken to Number 5 reception centre.
When the Third Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith were taken to the same centre, having been caught with looted goods, Lodge helped them knock out the guard during their escape attempt, but when he tried to betray them and escape alone, the Doctor knocked him out too. (TV: Invasion of the Dinosaurs)
