Technician Rogin was one of the humans placed in suspended animation on the Nerva Beacon and was one of the first to wake from suspended animation.
Biography
When Vira set the station's space shuttle on automatic take off, Rogin and the Fourth Doctor removed the synestic locks. The Fourth Doctor was going to remove the last lock, but if he did, he would be killed by the blast from the shuttle's exhaust.
