Can information provided in the X-Men: Phoenix Force Handbook be used on a page? For example; the Leader is unnamed in the story he appears but he is named Ruby Murray by the handbook. This is a pretty big question as it will set a presedent for how we cover several other pages, as Fascination and Thug are identified as Loom-born Gallifreyans in the handbook only.
