Jalandra was a security guard at the UNIT New York Base in Manhattan in 2009. He was present when the Daleks attacked the base. He accompanied General Sanchez and Martha Jones into a corridor where Project Indigo was located. He was last seen firing his machine gun alongside Sanchez and he was exterminated after that.
