The mother was a resident of Leadworth with two children. She was placed in a coma by Prisoner Zero, and prisoner zero used her image to walk around the village. When Amy and Rory got to the coma ward in the Royal Leadworth Hospital, she approached them, with two children, and she said, "Dr Ramsden's dead, and so are the nurses". Then one of the children spoke in her voice, and Amy and Rory realised that she was prisoner Zero in disguise. Prisoner Zero then changed the image to Amy, when the Doctor threatended to show the Atraxi the differant disguises of Prisoner Zero. She awoke after it was killed. (DW: The Eleventh Hour)
Prisoner Zero disguised herself as this woman, but with two children. Like Barney Collins, who is walking his dog, she is with her children. Whatever their dreaming about, Prisoner Zero has to disguise as them to.
