Sarah was the owner at ELF Storage in Manchester. She encountered the Thirteenth Doctor, Yasmin Khan and Dan Lewis after she and Nick were stuck in a time loop with several Daleks on New Year's Eve 2021. (TV: Eve of the Daleks)
Biography
Sarah had desires to travel around the world but never got around to doing so. At some point, she inherited ELF Storage from her mother's uncle. Her friend, Nick, was her only customer. On New Year's Eve 2021, she was working on shift when she was stuck in a time loop with an extermination Dalek. She shortly encountered the Thirteenth Doctor, Yaz and Dan. She intially presumed that the Thirteenth Doctor was responsible for the Daleks invading the storage building.
After the incident, she and Nick decided to travel the world. (TV: Eve of the Daleks)
