Sarah was the owner at ELF Storage in Manchester. She encountered the Thirteenth Doctor, Yasmin Khan and Dan Lewis after she and Nick were stuck in a time loop with several Daleks on New Year's Eve 2021. (TV: Eve of the Daleks)

Sarah had desires to travel around the world but never got around to doing so. In 2017, she inherited ELF Storage from her great-uncle and turned it into a business. Her friend, Nick, was her only customer.
On New Year's Eve, 2021, the TARDIS landed at the basement of ELF Storage following the Thirteenth Doctor resetting the TARDIS after the Flux, Sarah along with Nick were stuck in a time loop. She shortly encountered the Thirteenth Doctor, Yaz and Dan. She intially presumed that the Thirteenth Doctor was responsible for the Daleks invading the storage building.

Personality
Sarah was an impatient individual and easily frustrated in tough situations. She wasn't afraid to speak her mind. She always complained when her mother constantly told her that the phone lines would be down at midnight on New Year's Day. (TV: Eve of the Daleks)
