Hollis Jefferson Albert the third was an ex-shrimp boater from New Orleans.
He and the rest of the crew on board the Ice Maiden helped Jack Harkness to uncover the truth behind the Incan Apocalypse threatening Earth in 2012. (PROSE: Exodus Code)
He later became the weapons chief on board the Ice Maiden. Hollis was sent to bring Gwen Cooper to see Jack. On the boat taking them to the Ice Maiden, Gwen and Hollis came under attack from ninjas on jet-skis. (COMIC: World Without End)
