Though not through the use of a Chameleon Arch, this is more or less the same that happened with Ann/Anya. Specially in light of each of them being main characters in a full audio series, it's benefetial that each of them gets their own page. - Although it remained so for a long while, there is precedent (in Yana and Ruth Clayton) to keep "fake persona with full backgrounds and different memory sets" separate from the original individual. Though not through the use of a Chameleon Arch, this is more or less the same that happened with Ann/Anya.
