On the UNIT website, many press briefings were released by UNIT personnel, identified or anonymously. Several were embargoed. (PROSE: UNIT's Position on The London Incident, UNIT's New York Operation Expansion, et al.)
The first to be released was a short briefing about the clocks going forwards; (PROSE: The Clocks Go Forward) the second to be released was on 10 March, an anonymously written warning about the malicious Internet virus "RUFFCUT"; (PROSE: Computer Virus File Sharing Alert) the third was embargoed to 31 January 2005, a mournful release detailing the deaths of thirteen soldiers whilst on an operational manoeuvres on the Russian Steppes; (PROSE: UNIT's Position on the Skaniska Incident) the fourth was embargoed to two days after "The London Incident" on 26 March 2005, where Staff Sergeant A.
