When Amy and Rory got to the coma ward in the Royal Leadworth Hospital, she approached them, with two children, and she said, "Dr Ramsden's dead, and so are the nurses". Then one of the children spoke in her voice, and Amy and Rory realised that she was Prisoner Zero in disguise.
