Captain Kosh was a Time Lord who served Commander Hallan.
Kosh was part of the security team who protected President Romana, and by extension Leela, when she visited Davidia. Hallan ordered him to take the broken man to the infirmary and to patch Hallan through to the ranger station. (AUDIO: Spirit) He later helped Andred and Leela hunt Pandora in the Vaults and was presumed dead. (AUDIO: Pandora)
