The Prydonian Chapter (also known as the Prydon Chapter) was known to produce devious Time Lords, and more than a few renegades.

Notable Prydonians include the Doctor, Koschei (later known as the Master), Ushas (later known as the Rani), who belonged to the Deca and also the Doctor's one-time mentor Borusa and Chancellor Goth, who the Master would later bent to his will.
