C7 T0W was the number plate of a Rescue lorry that Jackie Tyler loaned from an acquaintance who owed her a favour. Mickey Smith then drove it forward with a chain hooked from the lorry to the TARDIS console, which was successful, allowing Rose Tyler to stare into the heart of the TARDIS.
