Leader Noat was a Gallifreyan who had spent their entire life on the colony planet Kreb.
Division sent the Fugitive Doctor and Taslo to Kreb in order to assassinate the inhabitants who they claimed threatened Gallifrey. The Doctor was reluctant to carry out the orders and instead sought to learn more about the people they were hired to kill, however, Taslo obediently executed Noat. She and the Doctor were shocked when Noat regenerated into a renewed form. (COMIC: Origins)
