The Stallholder was a male Human who lived in Pompeii in the year 72. He owned a stall, where the Doctor parked the TARDIS. Donna Noble, wondering how the TARDIS telepathy field would translate Latin to a Roman, went up to him and said 'Veni, Vedi, Vici', to which he replied, "I no speak Celtic". He then sold the TARDIS to Lucius Caecilius Iucundus and was confronted by the Doctor. He was probably killed by the eruption of Vesuvius. (DW: The Fires of Pompeii)
