Lady Veedapatresia (Veeda for short) was a Time Lord Academy graduate and was conscripted to fight in the Last Great Time War. She was part of the Eighth Doctor's training group, and thought that he would be trouble. She was punished for the Doctor's mistake in the class. She also reluctantly joined in with a food fight started by the Doctor. She was surprised that the Daleks managed to get through the defences quickly. (AUDIO: The Conscript)
