Unfortunately, no, because the clothes that Amy is wearing in thr Cyberman episode are not the clothes she is wearing in Flesh and Stone. The clothes she is wearing in the Cybermen episode as the ones she is seen wearing when running through Stonehendge with the Doctor and River (who is also wearing different clothes to what she is wearing in Flesh and Stone).
