In a parallel universe explored by Rose Tyler in her search to find the Doctor in N-Space, a rogue planet, one twelve times the size of Jupiter, was disrupting Earth's gravitational stability, ultimately causing its population's death. Only a few hundred thousand managed to survived, as they headed down bunkers developed by Professor Clive Finch, who'd anticipated such an event could happen, after the prophecy of the three comets.
