The Judoon were a race of rhinoceros-headed humanoids, "intergalactic Police-for-hire" to various races. The most commonly given punishment is "execution", using a pen-shaped gun (similar to a large sonic screwdriver) to fire a disintegrating red energy beam. They have the right to sentance people to execution without trial. They wear similar armour to the Sontarans but have no obvious affiliation to them. (DW: Smith and Jones)
